X-Series: Malaysia X Kenya

X-Series: Malaysia X Kenya International exchange project was initiated by Shu Yen Seah from Malaysia and Joseph Leajore from Kenya to bring teenage girls from both countries together to develop knowledge of cultural diversity, and build friendships and communication skills. This is an educational program that enhances leadership and sustainable development goals awareness among girls as teenagers. The main objective is to nurture leadership and self-awareness for young girls to enhance their ability to lead. The X-Series: Malaysia x Kenya seeks to bridge cultural barriers between girls from rural communities in Samburu County by giving them a platform to exchange ideas. Through the program, girls learn about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ways to apply them in their respective communities.
