The mentorship program also aims at guiding high school students to develop interest towards their future careers. The motivation behind mentorship program is that majority of parents with students in high school are illiterate, therefore, can’t guide their children on identifying and pursuing careers of their interest. With a complete cycle of education, the community will be in a position to have professionals from different fields. The professionals boost the living standards and act as role models to students and families that never take education of their children seriously.
